There are review sites everywhere where people can go and leave a review once they have tried their product out for a while. However, this method of collecting information from the consumers has a serious inherent flaw. Think about this for a minute. If you bought a washing machine and it worked and did the job, nothing more nothing less. Would you be inclined to go online, log in and write a review about it? I know I wouldn't. However, if your purchase far from met your expectations, you were upset, and felt a need to warn other consumers. Wouldn't you then be more inclined to write a review? Psychologically, you will be more geared towards writing a review if you feel like you are helping someone by warning then about a product. Simple as that. No need to make it any harder. The ultimate question here is number 4. Would be spend our hard earned cash and buy one of these machines for our own family. Yes or no. If the answer is no, then why would we suggest you buy it. This is not based on the size of the machine and we realise that there are families of 6 or 8 and single people using this site. But rather we ask ourselves; “if this machine fits my size and budget, would I buy it?” People can then make their own minds up as to whether or not it fits their size and budget.
